My personal application for today is: 1. 2. 3.

1 SUNDAY, AUGUST 27, 2017 “HOLY, HOLY, HOLY! Holy, holy, holy! Lord God Almighty! Early in the morning our song shall rise to Thee; Holy, Holy, Holy! Merciful and mighty! God in three Persons, blessed Trinity! Holy, holy, holy! All the saints adore Thee, casting down their golden crowns around the glassy sea; Cherubim and seraphim falling down before Thee, which wert and art and evermore shall be. Holy, holy, holy! Though the darkness hide Thee, though the eye of sinful man Thy glory may not see; Only Thou art holy, there is none beside Thee; Perfect in pow'r, in love and purity. Holy, holy, holy! Lord God Almighty! All Thy works shall praise Thy name in earth and sky and sea; Holy, Holy, Holy! Merciful and mighty! God in three Persons, blessed Trinity!

“WHEN TRIALS COME” When trials come, no longer fear, for in the pain our God draws near to fire a faith worth more than gold; And there His faithfulness is told And there His faithfulness is told Within the night I know Your peace; The breath of God brings strength to me, and new each morning mercies flow, As treasures of the darkness grow As treasures of the darkness grow I turn to wisdom not my own, for every battle You have known; My confidence will rest in You— Your love endures Your ways are good Your love endures Your ways are good When I am weary with the cost, I see the triumph of the cross; So in its shadow I shall run Till You complete the work begun Till You complete the work begun One day all things will be made new, I’ll see the hope You called me to, and in your kingdom paved with gold, I’ll praise your faithfulness of old I’ll praise your faithfulness of old

2 “MAJESTIC” Oh Lord, our Lord, how majestic is Your name in all the earth. Oh Lord, our Lord, how majestic is Your name in all the earth. The heavens declare Your greatness, the oceans cry out to You; The mountains, they bow down before You. So I’ll join with the earth and I’ll give my praise to You. Oh Lord, our Lord, how majestic is Your name in all the earth. Oh Lord, our Lord, how majestic is Your name in all the earth. The heavens declare Your greatness, the oceans cry out to You; The mountains, they bow down before You. So I’ll join with the earth and I’ll sing, The heavens declare Your greatness, the oceans cry out to You; The mountains, they bow down before You. So I’ll join with the earth and I’ll give my praise to You. I will worship You I will worship You We will worship You We will worship You The heavens declare Your greatness, the oceans cry out to You; The mountains, they bow down before You. So I’ll join with the earth and I’ll give my praise to You. So I'll join with the earth and I'll give my praise to You. So I'll join with the earth and I'll give my praise to You.

3 “MAN OF SORROWS” Man of sorrows, Lamb of God, by His own betrayed. The sin of man and wrath of God has been on Jesus laid. Silent as He stood accused, beaten mocked and scorned; Bowing to the Father's will, He took a crown of thorns. (Chorus) Oh that rugged cross, my salvation, where Your love poured out over me. Now my soul cries out: Hallelujah, praise and honor unto Thee! Sent of heaven, God's own Son, to purchase and redeem; And reconcile the very ones who nailed Him to that tree. (Chorus) Oh that rugged cross, my salvation, where Your love poured out over me. Now my soul cries out: Hallelujah, praise and honor unto Thee! (Bridge) Now my debt is paid, it is paid in full by the precious blood that my Jesus spilled. Now the curse of sin has no hold on me; whom the Son sets free Oh, is free indeed. Now my debt is paid, it is paid in full by the precious blood that my Jesus spilled. Now the curse of sin has no hold on me; whom the Son sets free Oh, is free indeed. (Chorus) Oh that rugged cross, my salvation, where Your love poured out over me. Now my soul cries out: Hallelujah, praise and honor unto Thee! See the stone is rolled away; Behold the empty tomb. Hallelujah, God be praised; He's risen from the grave. (Chorus) Oh that rugged cross, my salvation, where Your love poured out over me. Now my soul cries out: Hallelujah, praise and honor unto Thee, Praise and honor unto Thee.

4 “AND CAN IT BE?” And can it be that I should gain an int’rest in the Savior’s blood? Died He for me, who caused His pain? For me, who Him to death pursued? Amazing love! How can it be that Thou, my God shouldst die for me? (Chorus) Amazing love! How can it be that Thou, my God shouldst die for me! Long my imprisoned spirit lay fast bound in sin and nature’s night. Thine eye diffused a quick’ning ray: I woke the dungeon flamed with light! My chains fell off, my heart was free, I rose, went forth, and followed Thee. (Chorus) Amazing love! How can it be that Thou, my God shouldst die for me! No condemnation now I dread: Jesus, and all in Him is mine! Alive in Him, my living Head, and clothed in righteousness divine; Bold I approach th’eternal throne, and claim the crown, thru Christ my own. (Chorus) Amazing love! How can it be that Thou, my God shouldst die for me!

5 CHOIR ANTHEM “TO THE KING” To the King, eternal, immortal, invisible; To the King, eternal, to the only wise God. To the King, eternal, immortal, invisible; To the King, eternal, to the only wise God. To the King, eternal, immortal, invisible; To the King, eternal, to the only wise God. To the King, eternal, immortal, invisible; To the King, eternal, to the only wise God. We bring honor, we bring glory; We bring praises forever, Amen. We bring honor, we bring glory; We bring praises forever, Amen. Forever and ever, Amen. Let the sound ring out, lift a mighty shout, bring an offering to the King. Let your soul rejoice with a mighty voice; All the praises ring to the King. Let the sound ring out, lift a mighty shout, bring an offering to the King. Let your soul rejoice with a mighty voice; All the praises ring to the King. Let the sound ring out, lift a mighty shout, bring an offering to the King. Let your soul rejoice with a mighty voice; All the praises ring to the King. Let the sound ring out, lift a mighty shout, bring an offering to the King. Let your soul rejoice with a mighty voice; All the praises ring forever! Let the sound ring out, lift a mighty shout, bring an offering to the King. Let your soul rejoice with a mighty voice; All the praises ring to the King. To the King! To the King!

6 “JESUS, FIRM FOUNDATION” (Chorus) How firm our foundation, how sure our salvation; And we will not be shaken, Jesus, firm foundation. The soul that is trusting in Jesus as Lord will press on enduring the darkest of storms. And though even hell should endeavor to shake, He’ll never, no never, no never forsake; He’ll never, no never, no never forsake. (Chorus) How firm our foundation, how sure our salvation; And we will not be shaken, Jesus, firm foundation. INVITATION “GRACE GREATER THAN OUR SIN” Marvelous grace of our loving Lord, grace that exceeds our sin and our guilt! Yonder on Calvary’s mount outpoured, there where the blood of the Lamb was spilt. (Chorus) Grace, grace, God's grace; Grace that will pardon and cleanse within. Grace, grace, God's grace; Grace that is greater than all our sin. Sin and despair, like the sea waves cold, threaten the soul with infinite loss, Grace that is greater, yes, grace untold, points to the refuge, the mighty cross. (Chorus) Grace, grace, God's grace; Grace that will pardon and cleanse within. Grace, grace, God's grace; Grace that is greater than all our sin. Dark is the stain that we cannot hide; What can avail to wash it away? Look! there is flowing a crimson tide; Whiter than snow you may be today. (Chorus) Grace, grace, God's grace; Grace that will pardon and cleanse within. Grace, grace, God's grace; Grace that is greater than all our sin. Marvelous, infinite, matchless grace, freely bestowed on all who believe, You that are longing to see His face, will you this moment His grace receive? (Chorus) Grace, grace, God's grace; Grace that will pardon and cleanse within. Grace, grace, God's grace; Grace that is greater than all our sin. BENEDICTION “GRACE GREATER THAN OUR SIN” (Chorus) Grace, grace, God's grace; Grace that will pardon and cleanse within. Grace, grace, God's grace; Grace that is greater than all our sin.
