HHSC seeks to obtain services of a qualified vendor to provide emergency response contingency operational/organizational services and resources to support the five Health and Human Services (HHS) agencies in coordination of deploying multi-functional ESS to the State of Texas at the time of a non-declared “all hazards” Incident or Governor declared emergency/disaster Event.
