mtc’s thermally conductive insulators are characterized by a good heat dissipation and an excellent dielectric strength. They also possess an electrical isolation property. Insulators are especially suitable for applications where low mounting pressures for component clamping is required. The smooth and compliant surface of insulators can minimize the interfacial thermal resistance and maximizes the thermal performance.
