Need mulch? - Troop 79 is holding their annual mulch fundraiser. The mulch you purchase will be delivered to your door and $1/bag ordered by congregation members will be donated back to the church. Order forms are available in the entry area and are due March 22. The mulch will be delivered the weekend of March 30. Contact Ceci Gunderson if you have questions.

News from Troop 79, Submitted by Bobby Lemke: Troop 79 (which is sponsored by Christ the servant Lutheran Church (thank you )) events: We have gone on the wilderness survival campout and built a tarp shelter. We camped at CTX2 at Texas Motor Speedway and rode around on bikes. We did a creek clean up gathering loads of trash along the creek by the Allen Dam and even used a canoe to get the trash that couldn’t be reached from the shore. We went to Rudy’s after the clean-up.

The Dallas Lutheran School Drama Department will be performing Dóttirs of Lear on Friday and Saturday, January 25th and 26th. The Three sisters, daughters to a king, are destined to share a kingdom, but in the end, the throne can seat only one. Experience this retelling of Shakespeare's King Lear portrayed with Viking raiders and pagan warriors. Danger, intrigue, and treachery punctuate this tale of ambition and betrayal. The Dóttirs of Lear is the fifth original production by Michael McBride with Dallas Lutheran School Drama Department.
