Documentation Supporting the Compliance Statement: The product has been tested by PRI Asphalt Technologies Project # LVTI-003-02-01 in accordance with: • TAS 100(A)-95 Test Procedure for Wind and Wind Driven Rain Resistance and/or Increased Wind Speed Resistance of Soffit Ventilation Strip and Continuous or Intermittent Ventilation System Installed at the Ridge Area. Limitations and Conditions of use for NON HVHZ: Material Standards: 26 Ga. with a minimum yield strength 50 ksi. Material shall comply with FBC, Section 1507.4.3 Minimum Roof Slope:

Vent Installation: Apply a 1/8” thick layer of Trumbull Asphalt Type IV mopping asphalt roof cement, or equal to the underside of the vent flange. Align vent with deck opening and attach flange to deck with nails through fastened 1-1/2” from each end and 6”O.C. thereafter, and 1” from the outer flange edge. Apply roof cement to exposed nail heads and wherever flange edges meet tiles. After surrounding tiles are installed, place the 26 Ga. baffle over the underlying tile, fitted around the vent throat to allow for a 2” to 3” clear opening. Fasten the baffle to the vent with (2) #10 self-drilling screws (Corrosion Resistant) in factory formed holes on both sides of vent. Install the vent system according to the manufacturer’s installation instruction.
