SMALL THINGS (Cont’d) 3. Commit it all to God when your small _______________________ arises. SMALL THINGS SERIES Part Three: “Committing it to God” God will ____________________ the small things we commit to Him! Matthew 25:14–29 1. Commit what you have when your gift seems _____________________. “There’s a young boy here with five barley loaves and two fish. But WHAT GOOD IS THAT with this huge crowd?” John 6:9 (NLT) Never underestimate the significance of a ____________________________________. “Think about how this keeps YOUR SIGNIFICANCE from getting blown up into SELF-IMPORTANCE. For no matter how significant you are, it is only because of what you are a part of.” 1 Corinthians 12:19 (MSG)

“…Because you have been faithful in a very small matter, you will have authority over TEN CITIES.” Luke 19:17 (NET) Increase comes when we are _______________________ in small things. “…[I am] He who opens and no one shuts, and shuts and no one opens. I know your works. See, I have set before you an OPEN DOOR, and no one can shut it; for you have A LITTLE STRENGTH, have kept My word, and have not denied My name.” Revelation 3:7-8 (NKJV)

FATHER GOD, Thank you for the small things. Though I feel weak and small, I commit myself fully to you. I confess Jesus is Lord over my life. Help me to grow in dependence on You, in humility submitting my all for your glory. Thank you for multiplying what I place in your hands! In Christ’s Name, AMEN

GATHER, GROW AND GO WITH US IN GROW GROUPS Open Up: Share one small thing you have committed to God recently.

2. Commit who you are when you feel ___________________________. “Such confidence we have through Christ toward God. Not that we are adequate in ourselves to consider anything as coming from ourselves, but OUR ADEQUACY IS FROM GOD, who also made us adequate as servants of a new covenant…” 2 Corinthians 3:4-6 (NASB)

There is nothing small about who you are in ____________________________.

“Each person is given something to do that shows who God is: Everyone gets in on it, everyone benefits…I want you to think about how ALL THIS MAKES YOU MORE SIGNIFICANT, NOT LESS.” 1 Corinthians 12:7, 14 (MSG)
