1. Dashboard updates Description: The Activity tab on the Dashboard has been updated to make it easier to access recently viewed transactions, new transactions, envelope activity, and new documents. Users affected: All DTR users In this section: 1.1 Activity Dashboard

ACTIVITY DASHBOARD 1. Recently Viewed Transactions – Shows the 5 transactions users last accessed. 2. New Transactions – Shows Transaction Rooms users have been added to that they have not viewed yet. Users can click on any of the Transaction Rooms listed to open it. 3. Envelope Activity – Shows envelopes that have recently been opened. 4. New Document Access – Shows documents users have been given access to and have not viewed yet. Users can click on any of the documents listed to open them.

2. Task List Permissions Description: The Admin of a Broker Edition account can update Manager Permissions so that Managers can 1.) Submit a Transaction Room for approval and have any task lists with all the tasks completed auto-submit the task list for review at the same time and 2.) Approve a Transaction Room that includes tasks lists where all tasks are approved without having to approve the task lists separately. Users affected: Broker Edition Admins and Managers In this section: 3.1 Submitting a Transaction Room Manager Permission 3.2 Approving a Transaction Room Manager Permission

SUBMITTING A TRANSACTION ROOM MANAGER PERMISSION

1. Click on Admin in the upper right corner and then select the Company tab. 2. Scroll down and select Company Settings on the left side. 3. Under Manager Permissions, you can turn on the permission “Submitting a Transaction Room that includes Task Lists where all Tasks are completed will auto-submit the Task Lists for review.” If this is turned on, it saves the user the step of submitting a task list for review when all the tasks in the task list have been completed.

APPROVING A TRANSACTION ROOM MANAGER PERMISSION

1. Click on Admin in the upper right corner and then select the Company tab. 2. Scroll down and select Company Settings on the left side. 3. Under Manager Permissions, you can turn on the permission “Approving a Transaction Room that includes Task Lists where all Tasks are approved will auto-approve the Task Lists.” If this is turned on, it saves the manager the step of approving a task list when all tasks are approved. This is available for broker managers with the permissions: “Can Approve Task Lists” and “Can Approve Closing Transaction Rooms”.

3.1

SELECTING DETAIL FIELDS TO SHOW

1. Click on Admin in the upper right corner and then select the Company tab. 2. Scroll down and select Transaction Details on the left side. You will then see the full list of transaction detail fields available on the right side. 3. If you turn on the Use option for a particular detail field, that detail field will be visible in the Transaction Room’s Details tab if that field pertains to the user’s side. For example, if you turn on the Use option for Listing Date, that field will be visible in the Transaction Room for the List side, but not for the Buy side. If you turn on a field such as Property type, it would be visible to both sides. 4. If you turn on the Visible to All option for a particular detail field, that detail field will be visible in the Transaction Room’s Details tab for all people in the room, regardless of side and regardless if they are in the same brokerage as the room owner.

Additional changes you may notice: • Activity log update   When a document(s) is moved from one Transaction Room to another, the Transaction Room Activity Log will track those actions by stating which document was moved, to/from which Transaction Room (identified by the Transaction Room ID#), and by who.

• Transaction Rooms owner role When a Manager creates a Transaction Room for an Agent, there is an option to select the Transaction Room owner’s Role and Side in the “Transaction Room Owner Role” section; previously, this section was labeled “Your Role”.

• Bulk review of Word and Excel files When a Manager reviews multiple tasks with documents, they can now view documents associated with tasks that are Word, Excel, or PDF files from the review modal; previously, only PDFs could be viewed.
