Transportation Form (form #3)
Transportation to and from Anchorage is not provided as part of the Alaska Business Week (ABW) registration fee. However, due to the generous contributions of our sponsors, limited transportation assistance is available. All students should arrive at Alaska Pacific University (APU) on July 15 after 5 and before 10 pm. Shuttles will be provided from/to Anchorage International Airport and the Anchorage Train Depot to/from the APU campus. Students must check out on July 22 by 10 am. Airline ______I live in a Ravn Alaska served community and need airfare assistance Ravn Alaska is providing a limited number of free round-trip tickets to qualifying students from communities served on their routes (outside of Fairbanks). ABW will award these tickets on a first-come, first-served basis. Train ______I live in the Fairbanks area and would like to receive a free round-trip ticket on the Alaska Railroad For students traveling from the Fairbanks area, the Alaska Railroad Corporation has generously offered to provide free round-trip transportation from Fairbanks to ABW. Chaperons will be provided on the train. The train will depart early on the morning of July 15 and will return in the evening of July 22. Recipients of tickets will be contacted with more information
Automobile Arrival: _____I will be arriving by car between 5 and 6 pm on July 15 ______I will be dropped off ______I will have my car on campus while I am at the program. If you bring your car please note you will be required to park in a specific lot and will be required to turn in your keys during the week. Do not plan to use your car during the week. NO EXCEPTIONS! Departure: All students departing by automobile must be checked out by 10 am on July 22. Students may also be signed out by a parent/guardian on Friday night after graduation.
