Overview and Objectives of the Position:

Reporting to both the College Director and Principal and Senior International Marketing and Admission Manager, the UK Marketing and Recruitment – Project Manager, will develop and execute a project plan to ensure smooth transition of University Level 3 extended degree provision to the college and will lead the college’s UK foundation pathway recruitment and marketing activities in order to meet agreed UK student recruitment targets in September 2019.

Qualifications and Selection Criteria

Essential: Technical Role Requirements i. Demonstrable UK recruitment expertise ii. Proven track record of leading marketing and recruitment campaigns to deliver business growth within the UK market iii. Ability to monitor and evaluate the impact of marketing and recruitment activities and report appropriately iv. Experience of developing and executing project plans v. Experience of managing brand transition vi. Familiarity with the UK Higher Education sector vii. Knowledge of UCAS application system viii. Experience of delivering organisational change ix. Knowledge of the UK higher education sector Knowledge of UK admissions Ability to use data and market analysis to drive business decision making Ability to deliver key messages through multi-media channels Ability to reduce complexity and seek simplicity (in working relationships, processes and messaging) High level interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills Proven ability as an authentic team player A passion for customer service Flexible attitude to work including a willingness to work weekends and evenings in support of recruitment activities Ability to demonstrate innovative thinking and drive new initiatives Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
