Widely used outside the United States, EMV Chip cards are embedded with a microchip and use either a signature or a Personal Identification Number (PIN) for transaction verification. How does the concierge know I am eligible for this service? The concierge will identify you by your 16-digit Visa account number. How long will my request take? Depending on the request, the concierge may be able to assist you on the phone. If the request requires additional research, then the concierge will e-mail or place a follow-up call to you. Most requests are completed within 24 hours. Your concierge will notify you of the anticipated time for completion. How do I pay for what the concierge has purchased? The concierge will advise you of the costs. The items or services purchased will be billed to your Executive Platinum Card. There is no cost for the concierge’s time or assistance. When is this service available? The service is available 24-hours a day, seven days a week. Is there a limit on the number of times I can use this service? No, you may use the service as often as needed. What types of concierge services are available? Concierge services are available for entertainment, planning, business services, travel information and assistance, gift arrangements, country or city information, pre-trip assistance and specialty services.
