Two adults who are deaf-blind One college student who is deaf-blind Three parents of children who are deaf-blind Part B representative EI representative Utah Department of Services for the Blind and Visually Impaired Deaf-Blind Adult Services representative Deaf Program Specialist from the Division of Services for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Director of Special Education for the state of Utah USOE Sensory Disabilities representative USDB Superintendent from the USDB or Associate Superintendent for the Blind from the USDB University of Utah and Utah State University Deaf-Blind Program representatives State of Utah Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor Utah Parent Center representative Helen Keller National Center representative Deaf-Blind Teacher Two Communication Interveners Retired Superintendent from the Utah Schools for the Deaf and the Blind Expanded Core Curriculum Coordinator Members of Utah DB Project staff (Director, Project Coordinator, Project Specialist, Family Support Specialist, and Research Analyst/Office Specialist II)
