As part of your membership, you are eligible for up to $10 in Haband Savings Certificates for each and every shipping or return shipping charge you pay; anytime, anywhere. You’re eligible for up to $500 in shipping charges, and an additional $500 in return shipping charges, per membership year … a total shipping savings of up to $1,000!

Savings Center The Savings Center is where we place all the savings you earn as part of your Haband VIP Plus membership activity — and where you’ll really see the value of being a Haband VIP Plus member. We’ll update your Savings Center activity anytime you get 10% off your Haband purchases and purchases at other companies in our Family of Brands, purchase gift cards at a 10% discount, claim 5% back on purchases made through the VIP Plus Marketplace to be redeemed as Haband Savings Certificates, or submit shipping or return shipping rebates. To update you on your Savings Center activity, you’ll receive a quarterly statement summarizing any activity you’ve shown on your Haband VIP Plus account in the past 90 days, so look for this statement in your mailbox! You can also log onto HabandVIPPlus.com at any time to review your Savings Center activity, including your AllTime Savings amount and a complete listing of your savings history. Let’s not forget to mention the best part of your Savings Center — your savings earn you Haband Savings Certificates! At the beginning of any month in which your savings balance is $10 or more, we’ll send you Haband Savings Certificates. Your Haband Savings Certificates can be redeemed on a future Haband purchase up to 90 days after your Savings Certificates are issued. Haband VIP Plus

For VIP Plus Marketplace purchases, you can submit 5% rebate claims online or through the mail. Online submissions will appear in your Savings Center’s “Haband Savings Certificates Pending and Sent” section upon approval, which can take 1-3 weeks. Mailed submissions will also appear in the “Haband Savings Certificates Pending and Sent” section upon approval, which can take 2-4 weeks from the postmark date of your submission. To qualify for 5% back in Haband Savings Certificates, purchases must be made at the retailers listed in your Welcome Kit or in the “Marketplace” tab on HabandVIPPlus.com.

When shopping at any of the stores from our list of eligible retailers, you can mail us your rebate claim with dated proof-of-purchase documentation, or you can submit your rebate claim online.

VIP Plus Marketplace As a member, you receive 5% back in Haband Savings Certificates when you shop at VIP Plus Marketplace retailers. This 5% is based on your merchandise amount (minus taxes, shipping charges, and fees). You can earn up to $1,000 each membership year by shopping through the Marketplace! •
Your savings on online VIP Plus Marketplace purchases will appear in the “Haband Savings Certificates Pending and Sent” section of your Savings Center within 5-7 days of your purchase being shipped. To qualify for 5% of your purchase back, redeemable in Haband Savings Certificates, online purchases must be made through the links in the “Marketplace” tab on HabandVIPPlus.com. o

To qualify for 5% back in Haband Savings Certificates, you must make phone, catalog, or in-store purchases from the list of eligible Marketplace retailers we have provided.

Retailer restrictions may apply. To view a specific retailer’s restrictions, click the restrictions link on that retailer’s page within the Haband VIP Plus website.

Maximum savings per membership year is $1,000.
•
One purchase per retailer per day is eligible for 5% reimbursement. Purchases of gift cards and money orders, as well as purchases using a retailer’s bill-pay service, are not eligible for 5% reimbursement.

When submitting a rebate for a VIP Plus Marketplace purchase, your rebate documents must be dated and submitted within 60 days of the purchase date. Rebate forms are not required but you must include your name, address and phone number to ensure accurate processing. You may also send in multiple rebates at one time. Your eligible amounts will be credited to and displayed in the “Haband Savings Certificates Pending and Sent” section of your Savings Center upon verification of your purchase. During the first week of any month in which your savings balance is $10 or more, we will mail you Haband Savings Certificates. Any remaining balance under $10 will remain in your Savings Center in the “Haband Savings Certificates Pending and Sent” section until you reach $10 again.

VIP Plus membership benefits are only available to personal, non-commercial purchasers. Any order that is deemed a commercial (non-personal) use or highvolume/reseller order, in VIP Plus’s sole discretion, will not be eligible for a 5% rebate claim.

Discounted Gift Cards Haband VIP Plus members are also able to purchase certain popular Gift Cards at a 10% discount with the Haband VIP Plus program. All Gift Cards have a value of $25 and are available to our members at the discounted price of $22.50. For a full list of Gift Cards offered for purchase, see the “Gift Cards” tab on our website or the list included in your Welcome Kit. You can purchase Gift Cards via online order form, phone order, or by mailing in the form enclosed in the Welcome Kit along with a method of payment.

You can purchase a maximum of 6 Gift Cards per month.

You do not pay shipping charges on any Gift Card order.

Gift cards are subject to change based on availability.
Shipping and Return Shipping Rebates As a member, every online, phone, or mail-order purchase you make is eligible for up to $10 in savings for your shipping and return shipping costs. This means you can claim up to $10 in shipping rebates for items sent to you and up to $10 in return shipping rebates if you need to return items. •
When you submit a rebate claim online, it will appear in the “Submitted for Approval” section of your Savings Center until it’s processed, which can take 2-4 weeks. Upon approval, your rebate claim will appear in the “Haband Savings Certificates Pending and Sent” section of your Savings Center.

When you submit a rebate claim via regular mail, it will be processed within 2-4 weeks of the postmark date and appear in the “Haband Savings Certificates Pending and Sent” section of your Savings Center upon approval; it will not appear in the “Submitted for Approval” section.
•
You are eligible for a maximum of $1,000 per membership year (up to $500 in shipping rebates and up to $500 in return shipping rebates).
•
In order to process your request, online or offline, you will need to submit your rebate claim with proof-of-purchase documentation that displays the purchase date.

“All-Time Savings” is the total amount of savings you’ve earned as a lifetime Haband VIP Plus member, including “Discounted Gift Card Savings,” “Introductory Offer,” “10% Discount on Purchases from ALL Companies in our Family of Brands,” and “Haband Savings Certificates.”
•
“Discounted Gift Card Savings” refers to the total Instant Savings you’ve earned by purchasing Discounted Gift Cards from our exclusive list of retailers.
•
“Introductory Offer” is the savings you received for enrolling in the Haband VIP Plus program. This is a one-time savings offer to thank you for joining the program.
•
“10% Discount on Purchases From All Companies in Our Family of Brands” refers to the instant savings you receive on purchases you make with Haband or any of the companies in our Family of Brands.
•
“Instant Savings” refers to the savings you receive from your introductory offer, by purchasing Discounted Gift Cards, and through your 10% Discount on purchases from all companies in our Family of Brands.
•
“Haband Savings Certificates” refers to the payouts you’ve earned for your VIP Plus Marketplace 5% rebate claims and your shipping and return shipping rebates. (“Sent” refers to the amount of Haband Savings Certificates we’ve mailed to you. “Pending” refers to the amount left in your Savings Center account after the most recent payout. “Submitted for Approval” refers to claims you’ve submitted for 5% of your purchase, shipping rebates, and return shipping rebates that have not yet been approved. Once approved, these claims will be added to your “Pending Savings Certificates” total.)

Once your savings reaches $10 at the end of a month, we’ll send you Haband Savings Certificates. Any remaining balance under $10 will stay in your Savings Center as “Pending Savings Certificates” until you reach $10 again. (For example, if you have Pending Savings Certificates in the amount of $23, you will receive $20 in Haband Savings Certificates, and the remaining $3 balance will stay in your Savings Center, where you can see it in the “Pending Savings Certificates” section.)

Should you cancel your Haband VIP Plus membership, you will receive a check for the Pending Savings Certificates amount remaining in your Savings Center after the Savings Certificates payouts have been processed.

You can view your current Savings Center balances and activity by visiting HabandVIPPlus.com and selecting the “Savings Center” tab, or you can ask about any balances or activity by calling customer service anytime at 855-226-7051.

Your 10% discount on purchases from companies in our Family of Brands does not earn savings in your Savings Center. The 10% discount is applied automatically to your order when following the directions noted above for online, phone, and mail orders.

Haband Savings Certificates expire 90 days from the date they are issued.
The savings you earn through the Haband VIP Plus program are deposited into your Savings Center and sent out in the form of Haband Savings Certificates redeemable anywhere Haband Savings Certificates are accepted. Savings that are eligible for Haband Savings Certificates include: shipping rebates, return shipping rebates, and 5% of purchases made through the VIP Plus Marketplace and purchases through our list of eligible retailers. You will receive a quarterly summary of your savings by email or mail if you have account activity during the previous 3-month period.
