Assist at Children’s Liturgy of the Word during 9 am or 11 am Mass ___Reader ___Homilist ____Angel Please check all that apply: _____9AM_____11AM Mass Children's Liturgy of the Word is available to all children age 5 thru 3rd grade. Families in the Families Called to the Table program are encouraged to send their 1st - 3rd grade children to CLOW. All parents sending a child to CLOW are asked to volunteer as a Reader, Homilist, or Angel. All training is provided. By assisting at CLOW, one's Sunday obligation to attend Mass is fulfilled since you are still participating in the Liturgy of the Word with the community.

FAITH FORMATION OFFICE VOLUNTEERS _____ I would be willing to assist in the Faith Formation Office during the week, filing papers, making copies, cutting papers for projects, and other office duties as needed.

All volunteers, 18 years & older, working with children/youth must go through the Protecting God’s Children Program. Minor volunteers (those under 18 years of age) must sign and submit the “Application for Minors Serving As Volunteers” form. Forms are available upon request.
