VOLUNTEERS NEEDED TO KNIT/CROCHET/CREATE Could you help to knit/crochet/create Forget Me Not Snow People to raise awareness of living well with a dementia within our area? The North of Tees Dementia Collaborative would like volunteers to knit/crochet/create Forget Me Not Snow People tree decorations , full instructions will be provided. Our teams will be out and about raising awareness of dementia over the next few months taking your innovative crafts with them. Any proceeds made will go to Dementia Friendly Hartlepool and Dementia Friendly Stockton.
