Web Site Administrator Harry Norman, REALTORS is one of Atlanta’s preeminent residential real estate firms known for its uncompromising honesty. We currently have a full-time position at our Corporate office as a Web Site Administrator. This position offers you the opportunity to be the subject matter expert for our Harry Norman web site, provide support to our agents and act as the ambassador to all of our web site related vendors. Responsibilities: 1. SME (Subject matter expert) for Web related products (Web Site, Mobile App, Internat..etc). This may include providing training on these tools 2. Work with internal team to set the priority of projects to be accomplished by vendors and make suggestions for enhancements to web and related products. Manage vendor and project progress regularly. Perform research related to special projects. 3. Provide monthly statistics on Web products usage. (Web Site, Mobile App, Intranet, etc) 4. Setup, maintain, update and administer agent and company Web sites, agent e-mail accounts and digital photo libraries. Update company Web site content on a daily/weekly/monthly basis, including updating weekly open house information on company/agent Web sites. Maintain and update agent information database and upload to servers. 5. Post and update virtual tour information. • Input MLS numbers to virtual tour database and upload to servers. • Review virtual tours to ensure functionality and accuracy. • May work with vendors, providing information needed for the creation of new virtual tours and updates of existing listings. 6. Provide Web site related support. • Answer and resolve company and agent Web site related questions via phone, online or in person. • May help create and provide documentation and other information needed to create formal agent Web training. • Troubleshoot Web related problems, escalate and coordinate the resolution of difficult system issues with vendors or information technology staff. Properly prioritize issues as they arise and obtain support from IT support team as needed. 7. Perform domain name registrations, change domain name system and technical contact information and process parking requests for agent Web sites. 8. May also provide general information technology support to agents and staff. • Assist in routine tech calls and company computer maintenance. • Provide access database support. 9. Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned.

Qualifications: Education: • Associate degree in information systems, computer science, Web design or related field; or equivalent work experience and knowledge. Experience: • Two years’ experience in Internet or Web site administration or support. Knowledge and Skills: • Strong relationship management • Strong project management • Strong computer skills; proficiency in MS Office Suite, HTML, graphics applications, and Internet use. • Knowledge of database structures and usage. • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills; detail oriented. • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects concurrently. • Organized and able to meet deadlines. • Effective customer service and communication skills. • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
