We take pride in ensuring that each wedding reception we hold is as special for us as it is for you. We only operate one wedding per day so you can choose the start and finish times to suit your requirements.

Our venue is specifically designed for weddings offering an indoor - outdoor flow for guests as well as one of the largest capacities in Auckland. We have the flexibility with the design of our venue to ensure that smaller groups are able to have an intimate day as well as being able to open up our venue so that much larger receptions can enjoy the unique experience we create for you.

The prices for weddings between 1 NOV 2012 to 30 APRIL 2013 & OCTOBER 2013 Mon to Thurs $119 pp {140+} or $129 pp {70 to 140} Friday & Sunday $129 pp {140+} or $139 pp {70 to 140} Saturday $139 pp {140+} or $149 pp {100 to 140} For weddings between 1 MAY 2013 to 30 SEPTEMBER 2013 Sun to Fri $115 pp {120+} or $125 pp {60 to 120} Saturday $129 pp {120+} or $139 pp {80 to 120}

P r i c i n g i n c lu d e s: Venue hire, meal, beverages (wine & beer) & ceremony in our gardens Children under 13 half price. Children under 5 are free. If you have a smaller group than listed above please feel free to discuss this with us.

Our BUFFET MENU will cost an additional $5 per person, though is included free of charge for all weddings of 100 or more guests.

THE CONTRACT-TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. T  entative bookings will be held for up to two weeks (14 days ). T he date may be released unless prior arrangements have been made with management . 2. T o

confirm a booking , a signed contract and deposit of $500 is required . A further deposit of $500 is required four months prior to the wedding date .

3. P rices

include GST and are valid for the dates on the pricing list . P lease note that there is a 15% surcharge on public holidays .

4. T he

venue is available for seven hours from the agreed start time of the ceremony . E xtra time can be negotiated . P lease note our licence ends at midnight and the venue needs to be vacated 30 minutes after the agreed finish time which is when the bar closes and the DJ finishes .

( b ) C ancellations received between four and six months prior will be charged a $1,000 cancellation fee . A ny deposit paid will be deducted from this amount . ( c ) C ancellations received less than four months prior to the wedding date will be charged a 30% cancellation fee based on the total value of your booking , any deposit paid will be deducted from this amount .

8. Payment is required 14 days prior to the event by cash, cheque or direct credit. If any last minute additions are made, the balance is to be settled on the day. Full payment is required for cancelation during this period.

9. Minimum numbers are based on the number of adults attending. 10. M anagement

reserves the right to refuse to serve liquor to minors or anyone displaying signs of intoxication .

received six months or more prior to your wedding date will forfeit $500 of the deposit paid . A ny remaining deposit amount will be refunded .

gifts are the responsibility of the client and whilst all necessary care will be taken , management do not accept responsibility for belongings left or lost on the property . client takes responsibility for any excessive breakages or damage caused by guests and agree to cover cost for repair or replacement .

13. M anagement

will not be held responsible for any injuries around the venue caused by careless behaviour . C hildren are the responsibility of their parents / guardians and must be supervised .
