MEMBERSHIP SALES ADVISOR (Front Desk/Sales) - Fitness Studio The Membership Sales Adviser role assists in running all “front of house” studio operations. You are responsible for the first and last impression of every member. Exceptional customer service, extreme attention to detail, and maintaining set sales goals is a must in this position. Create ENERGY! - Greet members and guests promptly, enthusiastically, and with a smile to create a friendly positive entrance into The 12 studio Be a CLOSER - Maintain expected membership sales metrics Know our product - Participate in a minimum of 2 scheduled workouts/classes per week Respect our home - Maintain an organized and clean lobby/front desk area Be a team player - Understand you are not just an individual doing a job, you are part of a team. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: • • • • • • •

Excellent customer service skills. Must have strong previous sales experience (experience working in a sales quota bearing structure highly preferred) Solid verbal and written communication skills Able to multi-task and excel in a busy environment Functional computer skills – MS Office basic programs (word, excel), Internet, Basic computer cloud based program software use High school diploma required. Flexible to work day, evening and/or weekend hours as needed
