Kingdom Covenant: A King Unlike Any Other The next day the great crowd that had come for the festival heard that Jesus was on his way to Jerusalem. 13 They took palm branches and went out to meet him, shouting, “Hosanna!” “Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord!” “Blessed is the king of Israel!” 14 Jesus found a young donkey and sat on it, as it is written: 15 “Do not be afraid, Daughter Zion; see, your king is coming, seated on a donkey’s colt.” 16 At first his disciples did not understand all this. Only after Jesus was glorified did they realize that these things had been written about him and that these things had been done to him. (John 12:12-16, NIV) 12

Winfield’s Grand Opening We are happy to announce our Grand Opening will be Friday, April 25th from 7:00a - 5:00p. If you can help out at all that day please email Carrie at
[email protected]. It will be a great time of coffee and community and the proceeds will go to benefit Chrysalis a local abuse shelter. Good Friday Service Join us on Friday, April 18th at 7:00p for our Good Friday service. This will be a reflective service where we will take time to thank Jesus for what he did for us on the cross and take communion together as a family. Day of Prayer Join us on Saturday, April 19th from 6:00a - 6:00p in the Chapel for our Day of Prayer. Stop by for a wonderful time of prayer and reflection for you and your family. All are welcome. Easter Sunday Easter is next Sunday, April 20th. We offer a Sunrise Youth Led Service at 7:00a followed by two identical Blended Services at 9:00a & 10:30a. Stop by Welcome Central to pick up as many invites as you want. This will be a celebratory service filled with worship, choir, special elements, and a message on our risen Savior. Joyce Reed Mission Circle Join the women of the Joyce Reed Mission Circle for a potluck. They meet tomorrow Monday, April 14th at 11:00a at Dorothy Melzer’s home. Please bring a salad for the potluck, this will be a great time of food and fellowship. Children’s Ministry Town Hall Join the Children’s Ministry in C2 at Noon today for a town hall meeting. This is your time to share concerns, hopes, dreams, and ask questions. Childcare is provided as well as a lite lunch for the children.
