It is impossible for us to know conclusively whether God exists unless He takes the initiative to reveal Himself. In the same way, it is impossible for us to know what God is like unless He reveals Himself. Suppose we knew He existed, but He was like Adolf Hitler – capricious, vicious, prejudicial, and cruel. What a horrible realization that would be! However, God has revealed Himself in the Person of Jesus.

I) The Relationship With His Father.

A) The record is very clear that Jesus’ greatest enemies were not the Romans nor the Samaritans but His own people. (11) B) They crucified Him not because of what He did but who He said He was.
