A fee of $65.00 cover the cost of text, course materials, and recognition (High Adventure training and First Aid segment). There will be no refunds, but substitutions will be allowed.

DON’T MISS THIS OPPORTUNITY! Register promptly to avoid disappointment. Course is limited to 12 participants. The course will cover the latest information on the usual first aid subjects, Plus current practices for dealing with situations that may be faced in wilderness travel, or when professional help or rescue is not immediately available. How do you recognize appendicitis? When and how do you reduce a dislocation or fracture? When is a bump on the head serious? When can you continue on? When do you call for a helicopter? What type of injuries can you expect from a lightening strike? What do you do when a bee sting turns into anaphylactic shock? and so on... Class participants are asked to be fully aware of all material contained in the current First Aid Merit Badge Pamphlet and be currently certified in CPR. Participants may complete CPR after the course.
