Wilma Potter Scholarship Procedures Below are the procedures for receiving payment of your Wilma Potter Scholarship. One half of your scholarship is available for the Fall semester. You must submit a transcript for the Fall semester with a minimum of a 2.75 GPA earned in order to receive payment for the Spring semester. Submit a legible invoice with your Student ID from your college indicating the number of hours enrolled and the amount owed. Include the mailing address. Payment will be issued within ten days after it is received. You must also include a copy of your college enrollment schedule indicating the number of hours for which you are enrolled.
