The holy grail of Sparkling wine.This wine exhibits a fresh stone fruit and citrus on the palate with hints of almonds and baked bread on the nose.Dom pairs well with salty foods like caviar and oysters.

Considered to be the best vineyard site outside of France for Cabernet.This wine is full of powerful dark berry fruit, with an herbaceous nose of tarragon, with hints of anise and eucalyptus.

Palmes D’or Brut 2002, Champagne, France

Quilceda Creek Cabernet Sauvignon 2013, Columbia Valley

In France, the Palmes d’Or (or Golden Palm) is the most elevated distinction awarded to grace and talent. Palmes d’Or is the pinnacle of fine vintage Champagne. First aromas of white pear, peach, walnut and dried apricot fruit give way to secondary more intense aromas of pepper, ginger and red fruits . It has excellent structure and an incredibly long finish with unforgettable elegance.

This is a rich, ripe, concentrated wine with a liqueur-like texture and weight, blackberry, blueberry, cassis and plum fruit with nuances of violets, Asian soy, smoke, cedar, vanilla, minerals and black tea.

Krug Brut Rose, Champagne, France Perhaps the best food wine made.This Rose is creamy in texture, full of strawberry and rhubarb fruit, with notes of truffle and vanilla in the nose.

Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars 2012 Cask 23 Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley The story of CASK 23 began during the harvest of 1974. One lot from SLV beautiful and deliciously distinct, the winery decided it should be bottled separately. On the palate the wine is full bodied with rich dark berry fruit, hints of cedar and white truffle that lead to a long fruit and spice-driven finish.

Antica Cabernet Sauvignon 2012, Napa Valley Set in the NW corner of the estate is a 40-acre parcel of land purchased from longtime friend and neighbor, Mrs . June Townsend . The Antinori family planted 24 acres of Cabernet Sauvignon there in 1999 and named it “Townsend Vineyard” in tribute. Deep aromas of sweet blackberries and cassis mingle with minerals, earth, spice and tobacco.

Opus One 2012, Napa Valley Is a joint venture between the late Robert Mondavi and Baron Phillip de Rothschild the famous Bordeaux House of France. Opus is located in the heart of Napa Valley in the prime spot for growing Cabernet, and its large classics-inspired edifice is meant to impress. This winery is the poster-child for premium wine in Napa.
