prices Prices are in euros per person/unit, including applicable VAT and taxes. The hotel reserves the right to alter both the products and the prices without prior notice.

night rate The hotel reserves the right to charge a fee for services performed after 01:00 a.m. The open bar lasts until 01:00 a.m. After 1 a.m. each additional hour carries an additional € 350.00 service charge.

guaranteed number of guests The hotel must receive the information regarding the menu and the approximate number of people attending the event 5 days before the scheduled date. The final guaranteed number of participants should be communicated to the hotel three days before the start of the event and will be the final number for billing purposes. If the number is higher than the guaranteed number, the billing will be adjusted. The rental of any private room for breakfast, lunch, cocktails or dinner for fewer than 20 people is € 150.00

food and beverages Entry to the hotel with any food by the organizers and their guests is not permitted without the prior written permission of the hotel management.

corkage fee If customers bring wine, they will be charged a corkage fee of € 8 per bottle. The service for spirits is € 12 per bottle.

audiovisual equipment The audiovisual equipment can be hired through the hotel upon request and with sufficient notice. The customer must specify the type of material required as precisely as possible. If the client chooses to hire or rent the installation of the equipment directly, the hotel will not be responsible for its quality or technical support.

decoration The proposals shown do not include floral decoration. Upon request, the hotel can make specific suggestions to suit the type of event. If the customer chooses to directly hire decoration services, the hotel must approve the planned decor.

In case of entertainment, the hotel must be informed and must approve it. Also, the hotel must have knowledge of all the material used. If the customer chooses to directly hire decoration services, the hotel must approve the planned decor.

signage Signage will be restricted to the areas contracted by the client. The hotel reserves the right to withdraw any item of signage which, owing to its size, appearance or location, is not suited to the area where it is positioned. No signs may be placed in front of fire extinguishers, emergency exits and power outlets. The use of hanging means, such as nails, pins, tape or otherwise for affixing materials to walls, floor or ceiling is not permitted. Any expenditure generated by the repair of any damage caused to the hotel’s facilities or equipment by the people present at the event will be the sole responsibility of the client, who authorizes the hotel to add these amounts to the invoice of the event or later.

orders, packages, and printed material The hotel may receive material for use during the event on behalf of the organizers. Accordingly, all deliveries should be clearly marked with the name and date of the event, the organizer/client’s name, the name of the room to be used and the name of the contact at the hotel. Payment on delivery packages will not be accepted. Any excess material from the customer must be picked up at the end of the event. The hotel shall not be responsible for any loss of property left by the organizers or their guests on-site before, during and after the event.

telephones All the rooms are equipped with telephone extensions that can be used upon request of the customer and with the respective device. If the service is required the outside line will be established once the customer occupies the room. Any call made will be added to the main account. Any line lock, national and international access levels and access to direct dial lines must be requested beforehand from the sales department.

security The presence of security staff before or during events should be informed to Campo Real Resort as soon as possible for the management’s approval.
