Women’s Christmas Luncheon HOSTESS INFORMATION Saturday December 7th, 2019 With the air getting a little cooler outside, it sometimes reminds us that the holiday season is right around the corner. We are preparing for our 7th annual Women’s Christmas Luncheon and could use your help! As always, we encourage you in invite friends to this events both as an outreach and to support those in impoverished conditions. We look forward to seeing you there!

What You will Need to be a Hostess  8 dinner plates  8 tea cups  8 tea cup saucer  8 water goblets 

 Silverware for 8  8 napkins  8 Favors  1 tea pot 

   

1 creamer pitcher 1 sugar dish Centerpiece Tablecloth - Optional (90” Round Off-White provided)

Schedule of Events for the Luncheon 11:00-12:00

Doors open to hostesses to set up tables

12:00-1:00

Doors open to ALL guests to shop in the Christmas boutique located in the Adult Ministries Center for tasteful Christmas gifts and treats

1:00-1:10

Ticketed guests seated and welcomed

1:10-2:00

Luncheon accompanied by live music

2:00-2:15

Guest Speaker

2:15-2:25

Special Music followed by Christmas Carols

2:25-2:30

Closing Announcements

Tickets will be sold for $12 each. You are more than welcome to buy all 8 at your table OR leave seats open for us to sell individually. We ask that each hostess brings her dishes in a large laundry basket. Consider wrapping each dish with towels for safe transportation. After you have completed setting up in the Activity Center, you can bring your basket to the back hallway. Your basket will be labeled with your table number for identification. With an event like this, we are ALWAYS looking for help. If you are willing to be a table hostess and/or would like to buy tickets to the luncheon, contact Deb Ruminski. If you would like to make “gift quality” baked goods or Christmas gifts for the boutique, contact Lorrie Guenther. If you would be able to donate a gift basket for the Chinese Auction, contact Christine Reynolds. If you know of any gentlemen that would be willing to serve at the luncheon (we need at least 15), please contact Lynn Pierce.
