Besides the great teaching that is provided on Sundays, these studies give women the opportunity to grow in their walk with the Lord through the study of God’s Word.

Saturday Inductive Bible Study Held every Saturday from 7:30 to 9:00am. An inductive study uses three basic steps to study each verse: 1) Observation 2) Interpretation 3) Application. This type of study is a valuable tool in understanding and applying the principles of God’s Word. Mom & the Word Held the 2nd & 4th Tuesday of each month from 9:00 to 11:00am. This study will focus on applying Christ’s principles in our roles as wives to husbands, mothers to children, and friends to others. Wednesday Night Book Study Fall Elective Go Wise, Not Wild. Wednesdays from 6:45 to 8:00 pm. This study will focus on the book Girls Gone Wise by Mary Kassian. Women’ s Ministry Celebrating Life
Bridal & Baby Shower Ministry Showers are designed to minister to members at two very important times in their lives: a marriage and the birth of their first baby. All the women of the church can serve in this ministry of fellowship and edification, by providing real household needs for either a bride or first-time mother. [email protected]. Meal Ministry As part of our ABF Care Givers Ministry we are seeking servants who are willing to provide a meal to others at Brookside who may be in need. The Meal Ministry has provided meals and thereby cared for many who have needed a hot meal, but because of illness, new baby, surgery, etc., would not have been able to provide for themselves or their families. Women’ s Ministry Fellowship
Gatherings are our large group events that we hold throughout the year. Join us for fun, inspiration, fellowship, food, and encouragement!
Friday from 6:00 to 8:30pm Cost: $7.00 per person
Our Swap ‘til You Drop night, Friday, October 3rd, will be one of fun, a message of encouragement, and shopping! You donate your gently used accessories and you will receive “money” that you will be able to use to find something new to you! The cost includes light dinner choices and desserts at the Keltner Café. For more information, see the guidelines flyer and donation form at the Information Center.
