Bryan Waldron, CCOA, ROUB Location: Garden Isle 4 Accurate biometry is essential for any cataract surgery to be successful. There are two options for obtaining accurate readings: optical biometry or immersion biometry. Since optical means cannot be utilized on 100% of the patient population, we must all be fluent in immersion ultrasound as well. This course begins with a lecture and video of the technique and concludes with a hands-on workshop.
