WORSHIP AUDITION REQUIREMENTS Below are the basic details of how to serve and get plugged into our Worship Ministry. We like to send this out to read first, so that everyone can see the requirements upfront and be able to talk and pray with your family before deciding to move forward with the process. [email protected]. PRE-AUDITION REQUIREMENTS: • We have two campuses and many ministries. Everyone who joins the team, joins with the understanding that you may be scheduled to lead worship within any of them as needed. • We ask that before you join the Worship Team, you are a current member of New Vision or participating in the Church Membership process. If you want to become a member, stop by the Cornerstone Room after service this Sunday to get started! • A minimum age of 16 is required to serve in all ministry areas. TIME COMMITMENT: Time commitment varies depending on which ministry and/or campus you are serving at. Rehearsals are held on the same day, immediately before service(s), and are 1-2-hours long. Generally, report time is 10-15 minutes before rehearsal start time, which serves as your setup time. Rehearsals move quickly, we expect our team members to be fully prepared beforehand; listening to, learning, and working out your specific instrument/vocal parts. We provide reference tracks for you. AUDITIONS: Worship Team Membership is by audition only. Once you have met the pre-audition requirements, register for an audition, and fill out the form with your personal information. You will then be sent all the event details.
