The mission of our church is to be a spiritual family sharing Jesus Christ with our community and the world. We accomplish this through our Vision and Mission. OUR VISION: Gathering from North Georgia and beyond for the sake of the good news that Jesus saves. Growing as believers through the Scripture to love God and love our neighbors as ourselves. Going as the commissioned out into the world to share with others the story of how Jesus saved them. MISSION This church shall strive to be a dynamic, spiritual fellowship empowered by the Holy Spirit to share Christ with as many people as possible in our church, community and throughout the world. Heritage Sunday - Today we honor our legacy that dates back to 1952, when a daring group of believers planted this church to reach the Fort O community. Some of our current senior adults were part of that original mission. We thank God for you and the ongoing mission of reaching new people with the gospel. Our Joyful Praise Singers will help lead us in the Worship Celebration, followed by a special lunch for our senior adults. VBS “Game On” 2018 - Calling all kids from preschool to middle school for our BIG VBS 2018! It happens Sunday, 6.24 through Thursday, 6.28. The theme this year is “Game On!” using sports to help kids learn about Jesus. Registration is NOW. You can sign up your kids and register to volunteer online at fbcfo.org. Wednesday Evening Meal - You are invited to dinner on Wednesday evenings between 5 and 6 pm before our Bible Studies & Prayer Service. You will find dinner RSVP forms in the pews, or email churchoffi
