Worship Ministry Support Tech Supervisor: Minister of Music and Worship, Len Williams There will also be some interface with the Office Manager, Natalie Hamilton, for assistance with office technology needs. Qualities: The person in this position should be:  Technically minded, and quick to become knowledgeable about all technical systems used for worship ministry at FBC: electronic instruments; audio micing, mixing, and recording; screens and visuals; stage and house lighting; camera systems; and video; including all supporting computers, equipment, and software  Capable of distinguishing and creating a quality audio mix  Capable of general troubleshooting of tech systems when problems arise  Able to confidently guide the worship tech ministry in accordance with the worship leader's vision and general worship ministry's needs  Able to train others in using the worship tech systems  Able to assist with general office technology needs and interface with others providing technical support  Trustworthy and consistent, growing in grace and faith Duties:  Master operations of FBC worship technology systems  Plan and facilitate training for new audio, visual, lighting, and video techs  Solve equipment and software problems and smooth out quirks in systems  Plan future upgrades of worship tech systems  Fill in when necessary for unfilled volunteer positions  Oversee and help with general Sunday tech needs  Interface with office staff to assist with office tech systems and coordinate software and technologies that overlap with worship ministry  Set up stage for Sunday morning worship services  Interface with Latino ministry to provide support and training Hours: Approximately 10 hours per week:  Sunday morning, approximately 5 hours, about 7:00 to noon  Setup time previous to Sunday morning, time to be determined  Remaining time is flexible, to be worked out with supervisor Salary: To be determined, based on experience and abilities
