XSPOC Gas Lift Analysis Powerful, Adaptable and Simple Optimization Inject more gas, get more production. Easy enough, right? WRONG. Gas Lift optimization is a difficult practice. Some call it an art, others call it black magic. We call it repeatable science. XSPOC’s Gas Lift Analysis module enables optimal gas injection, resulting in higher production and decreased lifting costs. Our physics-based models, built with a number of multiphase flow correlations, are used to generate nodal analysis, and alert the operator if injection gas needs to be increased or decreased in order to generate maximum fluid return. The module also indicates the operating injection valve, and also identifies unstable valves or multi-point injection modes. Bottom line, arm your engineers and field personnel with a tool that can optimize their daily prioritizations, and intelligently optimize gas lift production. Applications: • Prod. rates requiring dynamic injection • Well unloading scenarios • Continuous/intermittent injection • Packer or packer-less configuration

Common Industry Problems

Enable Optimal Operation with XSPOC

• Limited data to model, and limited downhole visibility • Over/under injection • Valve throttling / chatter • Operating off target valve • Hole in tubing • Leaking/plugged/failed valve • Liquid loading • Flow line restrictions • Compressor failure • Optimal back pressure • LOE costs • Frack hits • Gauge challenges • Field expertise

Optimize lift performance with powerful diagnostic analysis • Eliminate inefficient injection rates with real-time, physics-based nodal analysis. • Accurately detect operating injection valve • Intelligently identify failure modes, with recommended actions • Critical flowrate functionality keeps fluid from building and falling down tubing • Identify & set maximum throughout to limit mechanical damage Manage by Exception, prioritizing resources to problem wells • Intelligently group wells via Group Status, Operational Score, and Exception Reports to enable efficient operations and prioritized actions • Host alarms sent directly to engineers and field staff for instant alerts (text, phone, or email-based) Open and adaptable platform • Integrate with Open Wells, Wellview, Spotfire, existing SCADA, and any SQL-based platforms

*Note – We are always willing to partner or joint develop additional capabilities with customers. XSPOC is a highly customizable and open platform, and partners with multiple operators to provide better analysis and productivity to our customers. ©2019 Apergy Artificial Lift. All Rights Reserved.
