Acolytes (Grades 4 and Up)
Confirmation Class (Grades 8—12)
Childcare is available during worship hour: Infant to Age 2 meet in the ―Hatchlings‖ nursery, Room 221 Twos and Threes meet in the ―Monkeys‖ nursery, Room 222.
The lighting of the altar candles in the worship service is a symbol of Jesus’ coming into the presence of the worshipping community. If your child is interested in becoming an acolyte and participating in the leadership of worship, please contact the church office for more information.
Confirmation classes run from October through May, with a kickoff meeting each September for parents and youth. For more information, please contact Sara Martz at 772-469-2333 or email

Community Kids (Pre-K through Grade 5) The new testament story comes alive on Sunday mornings with stories such as: Prodigal Son, Doubting Thomas John the Baptist, etc. Stories are told through multi-sensory activities such as games, cooking, arts and crafts. Engaging, historical fun! One story for all age levels, with a developmentally appropriate lesson for each grade. Parents are asked to take their children to their class prior to the 10:00am worship service.
Teens (Grades 6 – 12) Youth in grades 6—8 meet in Commotion prior to the Sunday service with Logan Martin.
Middle School Youth Group meets in Commotion from 5:30-7:30pm under the direction of Logan Martin and Sara Martz. Pizza and snacks are available in the Commotion Café.
High School Bible Study

Our older youth will have the choice of attending Sunday service or working with the Elementary or Middle School Youth. If you are interested, please sign up in advance on our Volunteer Board located in the Tabernacle on the 2nd floor in our Educational Building.
